Participants will watch a demonstration on how to make pasta dough for ravioli, mix the cheese filling, roll the dough, make the ravioli and cook the ravioli. After the demonstration they will enjoy a four-course meal consisting of antipasto (herbed olives and bruschetta), salad, four ravioli with meatball and tiramisu. They will also enjoy homemade wine to accompany the meal.
Participants will receive recipes for pasta dough, cheese filling, meatballs and sauce.
